College students beware, your beloved Ramen Noodles are giving you more than a cheap fix for your carb cravings.  One serving (only half a package) of chicken-flavored Maruchan Ramen Noodles contains 790 milligrams of sodium, or 33% your daily allowance. To put that in perspective, one serving (14 chips)  of Pringles (original flavor) has 170 milligrams of sodium, or 7% of your daily allowance.

Carby, salty and not much else…
